Your Server, Your Rules. As a dedicated server customer, you have full root access and can use 100% of your server's CPU, RAM, storage, and I/O resources. There are no resource limits or fair-use caps on your hardware - it's entirely yours.
Violations of prohibited activities may result in immediate service suspension without refund.

- We may investigate unusual traffic patterns for abuse
Note: Since this is a dedicated server, your CPU, RAM, I/O, and storage usage does not affect other customers and has no limits.
Legal Compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction where your server is located. This includes GDPR for EU-based servers, data protection laws, export controls, and industry-specific regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your activities are legal.
Abuse Reporting
To report abuse originating from our network, please email abuse@takesv.com with detailed logs including timestamps, IP addresses, and description of the abuse. We respond to all valid abuse reports within 24 hours.

For prohibited network activities (DDoS, scanning, spam, etc.), we may suspend service immediately to protect our network and other customers.
