Please read these terms carefully before using our dedicated server services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TakeSV services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. TakeSV is operated by TakeHost.biz.
2. Service Description
TakeSV provides dedicated server hosting services including:
- Bare metal dedicated servers in Germany, Sweden, USA, and Norway
- Network connectivity and bandwidth allocation
- DDoS protection up to 3 Tbps capacity
- Remote management access (IPMI/KVM where available)
- BGP sessions and IP announcements
- Technical support via ticket system and live chat
3. Server Delivery & Setup
Due to the physical nature of dedicated server provisioning, delivery times vary:
- Servers marked as "Instant Setup" or "Rapid Deploy" are typically delivered within 1-24 hours
- Standard servers may require 1-3 business days for setup and configuration
- Custom configurations or bulk orders may take longer depending on hardware availability
- Setup times are estimates and not guaranteed - we will keep you informed of any delays
4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Payment is due in advance for the service period. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency.
- Monthly billing cycles begin on the date of activation
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after 3 days
- Setup fees are non-refundable
No Refund Policy
Due to the physical nature of dedicated server deployment, including hardware preparation, rack installation, network configuration, and IP allocation, we do not offer refunds for any reason including early cancellation, partial months, or change of mind. By ordering a server, you acknowledge and accept this policy. We strongly recommend contacting our sales team before ordering if you have any questions about whether our service meets your requirements.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your server and credentials
- All activities conducted on your server
- Ensuring your use complies with our Acceptable Use Policy
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Creating and maintaining your own backups
6. Service Level Agreement
Our SLA guarantees 99.99% network uptime. Please refer to our separate SLA document for detailed terms, exclusions, and credit procedures. Hardware replacement times vary by location and component availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
TakeSV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. TakeSV reserves the right to immediately terminate service for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or non-payment. Data will be deleted within 7 days of service termination.
